Roommates, whether they already have a place and are looking for someone to share with, or they don't have accommodation and want to find a partner to search for a place and live together.

-Advanced filtering: The system allows users to define the following search criteria:
-Type of accommodation: Apartment, house, room, or studio.
-Number of rooms: The total number of rooms in the accommodation.
-Furnished or unfurnished.
-Shared living room or private.
-Type of room: Private or shared room, with or without a private bathroom.
-Rent budget:
Define the minimum and maximum rental price.
Payment terms: monthly or yearly.
Whether utilities are included in the rent.
Whether a security deposit is required.
