Mobile Field Payment & POS App
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I need an end-to-end solution that lets my field agents collect customer payments on their mobile phones, print receipts on the spot through a small Bluetooth printer, and keep an accurate “cash-in-hand” ledger for each agent.
Here is the flow I want the software to support:
• An agent opens the app on a phone, records the payment, and issues a Bluetooth-printed receipt.
• The cash-in-hand balance for that agent updates instantly and stays visible in the app.
• When agents return to the office, they hand over both the money and the device. Office staff verify the amounts, a manager hits “approve,” and the system automatically posts the deposit into our existing accounting / POS back end—no double entry.
• I can pull clear reconciliation and exception reports whenever needed, with:
– Daily summaries for a quick close-out view
– Detailed transaction logs for any audit or dispute

• This must work smoothly on standard Android or iOS phones.
• Real-time or near-real-time sync is important, but the app should cache data offline if a signal drops while an agent is on the road.
