Meta App Verification for Instagram Content Publishing API
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I have developed a platform that connects multiple Instagram Business Accounts using the Meta Graph API.
The app already has the Basic Display API verified and functioning correctly — including login, account connection, and basic data retrieval.
The next step is to verify and implement the instagram_content_publish permission to enable scheduled posting (images, videos, and reels) directly from my platform.
However, Meta requires a proper App Review verification process, including a screencast and test flow demonstration, to approve this permission. I’m looking for an experienced developer who can set this up end-to-end and successfully get the app verified.
Core Use Case:
Only the admin (myself) connects and manages multiple Instagram Business Accounts.
No external users or customers authenticate through the app.
The admin can:
Add multiple business accounts.
Create, schedule, and publish posts or reels using the Instagram Content Publishing API.
Manage all accounts centrally from one platform.
Current Status:
App created and approved for Basic Display API.
Login and account connection working fine.
instagram_content_publish API call logic already implemented, but not yet verified by Meta (API returns “Error” during testing).
Screencast for verification needs to be properly structured and aligned with Meta’s review requirements.
Developer Requirements:
Proven experience with Meta Graph API, Instagram Content Publishing API, and App Review submission.
Must be able to:
Review API configuration (App Dashboard + code integration).
create a proper screencast demo that satisfies Meta’s review process.
Handle permission review submission and ensure successful verification.
Knowledge of Meta OAuth, access tokens (page + user + system), and webhook setup will be an advantage.
Deliverables:
Working integration with verified instagram_content_publish permission.
Step-by-step documentation of setup and configuration.
Final approved Meta App showing “Approved” under Permissions & Features for instagram_content_publish.
(Optional) Assistance in setting up automated scheduling flow on the platform backend.
Tech Stack (for context):
Backend: Node.js + Express.js
Frontend: Next.js
Database : Mysql
