Marketplace Automation Through API Integration

I'm looking for an experienced developer to build an automation script for my Eldorado marketplace store. The goal is to eliminate manual work by automatically responding to buyers and delivering digital products as soon as an order is placed.

Project Requirements
Detect new orders automatically using the Eldorado API.
Send predefined messages to buyers when an order is received.
Automatically deliver purchased products to buyers.
Send a confirmation message once the delivery is completed.
Handle multiple orders simultaneously.
Maintain logs of all orders, deliveries, and errors.
Implement retry/error handling in case a delivery fails.
The application should run on my Windows PC (no VPS required).

I will provide the complete Eldorado API documentation and any additional information required for the integration.
