MLS Platform API Integration Upgrade

I am seeking an experienced developer to build and enhance a Multiple Listing Service (MLS) platform for real estate listings. The platform will manage a large database of property listings, provide fast and accurate search capabilities, and integrate seamlessly with external APIs.

Important: This project does not require blockchain technology, but I welcome bids from developers who have blockchain experience. Your knowledge in blockchain could provide valuable insights or future scalability options.

Key Requirements:

Strong experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and optionally NoSQL databases.

Expertise in building or integrating advanced search functionality.
API development and integration experience.
Knowledge of data standardization for consistent listing information.
