I am seeking an expert developer to build a specialized, ultra-fast X (Twitter) monitoring system. The project focuses on only 2 specific accounts, but the requirement is to capture data (Text, Media, URLs, Retweets, Quoted Replies) within milliseconds of the "post" or "share" action.
Technical Specifications:
Latency: The system must be optimized for sub-second data retrieval. Speed is the absolute priority.
Proxy Infrastructure: The system must utilize ISP Proxies. I will provide the proxy sources. All requests must be routed through these proxies to ensure high-speed delivery and IP rotation.
Account Integration: I will provide established X accounts (2013-aged) for monitoring.
Stability & Stealth: The solution must be finely tuned to avoid account flagging or proxy bans. It must be efficient enough to maintain 24/7 uptime without triggering security filters.
Architecture: Do not apply if you intend to use Selenium or any browser-based automation. I require a high-performance asynchronous (asyncio, httpx, aiohttp) or WebSocket-based backend architecture.

Payment: Fixed-price only. Payment will be released strictly upon successful delivery and verification of performance (speed and stability).
Requirement: You must demonstrate previous experience with high-speed tracking, algorithmic trading bots, or similar low-latency automation projects.
Evaluation: No payment will be issued for systems that do not meet the speed requirements or fail to maintain account stability.
