I’m building a marketplace app for my region that mirrors the smooth, familiar shopping flow of Amazon while staying tightly focused on local sellers. The catalogue will launch with two core departments—Electronics and Clothing—and must feel ready to scale once the user base grows.
Core experience
Shoppers need to browse, search, and filter products quickly, then add items to a cart and check out without friction. Every product page should support user reviews and star ratings so buyers can trust what they’re purchasing. Because our market expects flexibility at checkout, I also need multiple payment gateway options integrated from day one (think cards, wallets, and any popular regional platforms you recommend).
What I expect from you
• End-to-end development of the mobile app with a clean, intuitive UI that matches modern e-commerce standards.
• A stable, documented backend that handles product data, user accounts, orders, and review storage securely.
• Integration of product search and filter logic, user reviews/ratings, full shopping-cart flow, and multi-gateway payment processing.
• Source code and deployment guidance so I can host, maintain, and iterate after launch.
