Lightweight Website to Display Data from APIs (Similar to CoinGecko – Simplified)

I’m looking for a skilled web developer to build a basic website from scratch. The website will pull data from multiple APIs, store it in a database, and display it in an organized way — similar in layout to CoinGecko, but much simpler and focused on a specific crypto niche (not general cryptocurrencies).

Key Requirements:
Lightweight Build: The site must be optimized to run efficiently on a low-cost/budget server.

Simple, Clean UI: Basic homepage with a header and widget-style layout for displaying the data.

API Integration: Fetch data from external sources using APIs.

Database Storage: Store the fetched data in a database.

Data Display: Show the data in a structured, user-friendly way.

Auto Refresh: Automatically update the data every 10 minutes (refresh API fetch, database, and frontend).

Manual Control: Ability for me to manually add/remove items or add notes to each item.

Admin Panel (preferred): To manage displayed items easily (add/remove/edit/note).

Deliverables (for this first version):
Basic homepage with header and widgets.

API integration to pull data from various sources.

Backend to store data in a database.

Frontend to display the data.

Auto-refresh mechanism every 10 minutes.

Simple admin interface or backend functionality to manage data entries manually.
