LibreNMS Monitoring & Integration Setup

I need my existing LibreNMS instance tuned so it reliably discovers, polls, and alerts on everything in my environment. The focus is on two areas: complete device + service monitoring and preparing LibreNMS to talk cleanly with other tools down the road.

Here is what I expect:
• Routers and switches: automatic discovery, interface-level statistics, error counters, traffic graphs, alert rules for outages or threshold breaches.
• Linux & Windows servers: CPU, RAM, disk, process and service checks with meaningful, noise-free alerts.
• A growing fleet of IoT devices: lightweight polling profiles that minimise resource usage yet still raise alarms when something goes offline or drifts out of spec.
• Integration groundwork: enable and test the API, webhook and alert transport options so I can plug LibreNMS into messaging, dashboards or ticketing systems later without starting from scratch.
• Clear documentation of every change plus a short hand-over call so I can extend the configuration myself.
