Large PDF Form Automation Developer Needed

Job ID: 39817784

Budget: $15 – $25 USD

I am seeking a developer experienced in automating workflows for large, fillable PDF forms. The project requires connecting structured JSON data to PDF field names/alt field names and generating completed, flattened PDFs.

This role starts as a project-based engagement but has the potential to evolve into a full-time position with a competitive salary, depending on performance and results.

Key requirements:

Map JSON data objects to existing fillable PDF fields (AcroForm preferred; ability to handle XFA-to-AcroForm conversion if needed).

Programmatically fill and generate PDFs from structured input data.

Integrate the solution into Make.com (Integromat) or provide a direct API/webhook that can be triggered by my application.

Ensure the workflow supports high-volume, repeated use across multiple large PDF templates.

Familiarity with Base44 or similar low-code platforms is strongly preferred.

Deliverables:

A working system that accepts JSON input, fills the mapped PDF fields, and returns completed PDFs.

Documentation of the mapping logic and setup, with guidance for scaling to additional templates.

Preferred skills/experience:

PDF automation (AcroForm, form field mapping).

API development & integration.

Experience with Make.com (Integromat).

Experience with Base44 or willingness to quickly adapt.

Workflow automation and high-volume document processing.

Please share relevant experience or past projects involving PDF form automation, JSON-to-PDF mapping, or integrations with workflow automation platforms.
