Laravel Admin API Conversion

I'm looking for a skilled Laravel developer to extend our existing user API to include admin features.

Requirements:
- Use token-based authentication for admin API access, similar to user API.
- Make all POST endpoints API-accessible; GET endpoints are a bonus.
- Document the admin APIs in a format of your choice (not OpenAPI/Swagger, RAML, or API Blueprint).

Ideal Skills:
- Strong experience with Laravel and API development.
- Familiarity with token-based authentication.
- Ability to create clear and comprehensive API documentation.
