Our Kingdee Cosmic instance needs targeted enhancements so the supply-chain modules truly match daily operations. Priority areas are sales and logistics processes as well as the approval workflows and management reports that keep them moving. Experience in Kingdee is a must.
You will extend and refine the system through workflow configuration, form customization, and report customization, using the standard Kingdee BOS and PaaS tool-set. Clean, well-documented API integration is also required so external platforms can tap into orders, inventory status, and shipment data in real time.
Essential scope
• Analyse current sales, dispatch, and logistics steps, then map them into streamlined Kingdee workflows with clear approval gates.
• Create or modify forms and list views so frontline teams see only the fields they need while finance and management get complete data.
• Build analytic reports and dashboards that track order fulfilment KPIs, exception queues, and audit history.
• Expose REST-style API endpoints (or adapt existing ones) and supply sample calls and security notes so our middleware can connect smoothly.
All deliverables must install via standard Kingdee deployment packages, include versioned source files, and pass a hand-over walkthrough with our in-house admin.
