Telegram AI Crypto Market Analyst Bot

Project Overview:

I need a Telegram bot that automatically monitors cryptocurrency markets and generates AI-powered analysis. This is NOT an auto-trading bot. The bot is only for market intelligence, alerts, and analysis.

Requirements:

1. Telegram Bot

- I already have a BotFather token.
- Bot should respond to commands.
- Bot should send alerts and market summaries.

2. Market Data Sources
The bot should collect data from APIs such as:

- Binance
- Bybit
- Coinglass (preferred)
- Crypto news feeds

3. Data to Monitor

- BTC price
- ETH price
- Funding rates
- Open Interest (OI)
- Long/Short Ratio
- Liquidations
- Volume
- Major crypto news

4. AI Analysis
Integrate OpenAI API.

The bot should:

- Analyze collected data
- Generate market bias (Bullish / Bearish / Neutral)
- Provide confidence score
- Explain reasons behind the analysis
- Suggest important support/resistance levels

Example Output:

Bias: Bullish (78%)

Reasons:

- OI rising
- Short liquidations increasing
- Funding neutral
- BTC above VWAP

Targets:

5. Commands

6. Monitoring Logic

The bot should monitor data frequently.

OpenAI API should NOT be called every minute.

Instead:

- Monitor data continuously
- Trigger AI analysis only when significant events occur

- Major crypto news

7. Reports

Provide:

- Event-based alerts
- Periodic market summary

8. Source Code

Mandatory:

I must own:

- Source code
- Telegram bot
- API keys

10. Not Required

- No auto trading
- No order execution

- No portfolio management
