Integrate OHIF with AWS Health Imaging

I already have an AWS Health Imaging (AHI) datastore up and populated with DICOM studies. What’s missing is a clean, browser-based way to view those images. I want an OHIF viewer instance—hosted in my AWS account—that pulls directly from AHI and streams the images with no loss of performance or security.

Key objectives
• Deploy or configure OHIF (latest stable) inside AWS—an S3 + CloudFront static site or an EC2/Docker setup is fine as long as it scales and stays cost-effective.
• Wire the viewer to AHI using the official APIs so that studies, series, and instances load seamlessly. No intermediary PACS; the images must come straight from the AHI datastore.
• Handle IAM roles, tokens, and signed URL logic so access remains private yet friction-free for authorised users.
• Provide concise setup notes or a Terraform / CloudFormation snippet so I can recreate the environment in another account if needed.
• Validate with a few of my existing studies and confirm that thumbnails, full-resolution images, and basic window/level tools function as expected.

I’ll supply account access (via a delegated IAM role) and sample study IDs. Once the viewer is live and documentation is handed over, the job is done.
