Identity Verification Script/API Development

I need a service (script/API) that can validate the status of a Chilean identity document using the official website of the Chilean Civil Registry:

https://www.registrocivil.cl/principal/servicios-en-linea/consulta-vigencia-documento-1

The service should allow me to input:

RUT (Chilean ID Number), e.g. 11673644-6

Document Type, e.g. Cédula

Document Number, e.g. xxxxxxx

The service must:

Submit these values to the official form

Bypass the protections

Return whether the document is valid or not valid

Example:
RUT: 11673644-6
Document Type: Cédula
Document Number: xxxxxxx

I am aware that the website uses CSRF tokens and loads the form in an iframe, but I need a working solution despite these restrictions.
