Hotel Billing Software Development
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I’m upgrading the in-house billing process for my hotel and need a custom desktop or web-based application that can effortlessly handle day-to-day guest charges. The core modules I’m looking for are room-service billing, mini-bar tracking and a dedicated section for restaurant or general food orders so that every guest expense funnels into one consolidated folio.
The new software has to talk to our existing Property Management System, our front-desk Point-of-Sale terminals and the back-office accounting package; seamless data flow between these three systems is critical, so please factor in API or file-based integration, automated nightly exports and error-handling routines.
At checkout I want staff to be able to settle balances by credit or debit card through the connected POS as well as record cash payments. Tips or service charges should post correctly to the ledger and show up on the final invoice.

• Fully functional billing application with installer or deployment guide
• Integration connectors (PMS, POS, accounting) with tested data sync
• Printable and PDF invoice templates branded with our logo
• Basic user and admin manuals
