Horse Racing Odds API Build

Who have know about INDIAN horses race API Thay only message I’m ready to commission a purpose-built odds API that feeds my betting site with reliable horse-racing information. The core function is simple: supply current odds and official race results in one streamlined JSON REST endpoint that refreshes every few minutes without fail.

Here’s what matters most to me
• Scope – Horse racing only for now, but the architecture should make it painless to bolt on football or basketball feeds later.
• Data – Two deliverables are critical: (1) live odds that update in predictable, sub-five-minute intervals and (2) verified race-result data posted immediately after each race goes official.
• Reliability – Odds must keep flowing even when tracks run simultaneously. Graceful error handling, automatic retries and clear status codes are non-negotiable.
• Speed – Sub-second response times on each call; internal cache or queueing is fine, as long as the visible data never lags more than a single refresh cycle.
• Security & Access – Token-based authentication; HTTPS only. I’ll host on AWS, but I’m open to your preferred stack (Node, Python, Go, etc.) if you containerise it cleanly for ECS or Kubernetes.
• Documentation – Postman collection and a concise README explaining endpoints, query parameters, typical payloads and webhook usage for pushing updates to our front end.

Acceptance criteria
– Stable endpoint serving odds & results for at least five major tracks during a live test day.
– Average refresh interval ≤ 300 s, 99.9 % uptime during the test.
– Response payload passes JSON schema validation provided at project kickoff.

Once the API is proven in staging, I’ll move to production and open a follow-up contract for extended sports coverage and historical analytics. Let’s build something rock-solid.
