Google Classroom & 1EdTech Integration
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I need an engineer who already speaks both “Google Classroom add-on” and “1EdTech "Interoperability" certified” fluently. My courses live on a WordPress site powered by LifterLMS, and local school districts want them delivered through the learning tools they already trust.
The job is to build (or adapt) a Google Classroom add-on that connects seamlessly to my LMS and satisfies 1EdTech / LTI Advantage standards so the districts can install it without extra IT headaches. Concretely, the add-on must:
• create and manage Classroom assignments that mirror each lesson in LifterLMS,
• push grades back to Google Classroom in real time, and
• provision and sync user accounts automatically so teachers never re-enter rosters.
I have administrator access to WordPress, LifterLMS, and a Google Workspace for Education test domain. You will handle the API work, configure the necessary OAuth / service accounts, and document every step so the solution can pass 1EdTech conformance testing.
Deliverables considered complete once:
1. The add-on installs from a test link and appears in Classroom.
2. A sample course imports, students submit an assignment, and grades return to LifterLMS and to Classroom gradebook without errors.
3. User enrolment created in Google lists correctly inside LifterLMS.
4. You supply setup notes, API keys to be generated, and any code in a private Git repository.
Additionally, We are looking for the Interoperability Certification from 1EDTEch, we would like to do this at the same time if dev has experience in both.
