Google My Business Review Manager

What I need the code to do
• Fetch every review tied to my location(s) so I can display them chronologically or by rating.
• Post a public reply to any chosen review in English.
• Flag reviews that violate Google’s policies and return the status of that request.

Technical notes
– Please use Google’s OAuth 2.0 flow and store refresh tokens securely, so the connection survives token expiry.
– REST endpoints (or a lightweight SDK / class) are fine; I’ll embed them in an existing PHP / Node / Python back end, so keep dependencies minimal and mainstream.
– Return helpful error messages from the API instead of generic failures; that will make logging and future debugging easier.
