Google Ads API Ad Automation

I’m looking for someone who can jump in immediately and walk me through creating and managing ads programmatically—primarily with the Google Ads API, though a quick note on how the same steps translate to Bing Ads would be helpful.

I already write code but I’m stuck on the practical bits: authenticating, structuring the requests correctly, and understanding how to update or pause ads once they’re live. A concise, working example is all I need; I’m not after a full-blown platform build.
