About Us
We're a growing Sydney based tech startup with ambitious goals and a lean team. We rely on a tight SaaS stack to run our operations efficiently, and we need someone technical to own the integrations layer and make sure everything works together seamlessly with strong communication to the rest of the team.
About the Role
We're looking for a technically sharp Solutions Engineer or DevOps Contractor to own the integrations, tooling, and technical plumbing across our SaaS stack. This isn't about building core product features or managing heavy infrastructure- it's about making sure all our systems talk to each other seamlessly and our internal workflows run smoothly.
You'll be the go to person for technical implementation across platforms like Webflow, Pipedrive, Stripe, Sandbox, and more. If you enjoy solving integration puzzles, building automations, and keeping systems clean and efficient, this could be a great fit.
What You'll Be Doing
Setting up and maintaining integrations between tools (Pipedrive, Stripe, Webflow, etc.)
Configuring Stripe products, subscriptions, and payment flows
Building onboarding flows and internal automations using low-code tools or light backend code
Supporting Webflow development and customizations as needed
Creating internal tools and scripts to streamline operations
Troubleshooting technical issues across our stack
Documenting processes and keeping systems maintainable
What We're Looking For
Technical Skills:
Experience with API integrations and webhooks
Comfortable with Stripe (products, subscriptions, webhooks)
Webflow experience (custom code, CMS, integrations)
Familiarity with Pipedrive or similar CRMs
Light backend/scripting skills (Node.js, Python, or similar)
Experience with low-code/no-code tools (Zapier, Make, etc.)
Experience with sandbox, testing environments, dev tooling
Working Style:
Self-directed and proactive- you take the ball and run with it
Detail-oriented with clean, maintainable work
Good communicator who can explain technical things simply
Logistics
Hours: Part-time/contract with the opportunity the grow with us
Location: Remote, Australian time zones preferred for easier collaboration
Rate: Competitive contractor rates (let's discuss based on experience)
Start: ASAP

You'll be working directly with a growing Sydney based tech startup where your work has immediate impact. We move fast, value autonomy, and need someone who can help us scale our operations without adding complexity.
