Fully Automated QR Offer + Payment System for Art Exhibition (No Manual Updates)

I'm seeking a developer to create a fully automated QR code offer and payment system for an art exhibition. The system should eliminate the need for manual updates.
Description:
We’re seeking a skilled developer to create a fully automated digital sales system for a solo art exhibition, with the following key outcomes:
- Each artwork will have a unique QR code that links to an individual artwork page
- Visitors will scan QR codes to submit an offer to purchase an artwork (no set prices)
- If the artist accepts the offer, the buyer will receive a payment link
- Once payment is complete, the artwork must be automatically marked as SOLD, and subsequent scans of the QR must display a “This piece is sold” message
- No manual intervention should be required at any stage to mark items as sold
Project Scope:
We currently have an initial list of artworks in Excel (with titles, medium, and dimensions). More artworks will be added over the next week — the system should be scalable and easy to update with new works.
Preferred platforms include:
- Shopify + Make-an-Offer app (e.g. Pixel Union’s Best Offer or Negotio)
- But we are open to any platform that meets the required automation and reliability
Requirements:
• - Offer form with buyer name, contact, offer amount, and optional 'Buy now' tick box
• - Instant alert to the artist upon new offers
• - Secure online checkout link sent to buyer after accepted offer
• - Automatic sold-state lockout for that artwork after payment
• - Branded mobile-friendly experience for exhibition visitors
• - QR code generation for each artwork
• - Backend dashboard for artist to track offers and payments
Deliverables:
• - Fully functional, tested system by 25 August 2025
• - Admin access with instructions for future additions/changes
• - QR code assets for each artwork
• - Documentation or walkthrough video for the artist
