Requirements & Skills
Aqarana is a real estate platform that includes property listings, search & filters, user dashboards, maps, and integrations. The frontend developer should be comfortable building scalable, user-friendly, data-driven interfaces.
Core Technical Skills
Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+)
Advanced experience with React.js (preferred) or Vue.js
Solid understanding of component-based architecture
Experience with state management (Redux, Zustand, Vuex, or equivalent)
API integration using RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL
Familiarity with authentication flows (JWT, OAuth)
UI / UX & Design
Experience converting Figma / Adobe XD designs into responsive UI
Strong knowledge of responsive design and mobile-first development
Experience with UI frameworks such as:
Tailwind CSS
Material UI
Bootstrap
Attention to usability for property search, filters, and listings
Real Estate–Specific Experience (Highly Preferred)
Experience building:
Property listing pages
Advanced search & filtering (price, location, size, type)
Interactive maps (Google Maps, Mapbox)
Handling image galleries, virtual tours, and media optimization
Understanding of SEO best practices for real estate listings
Performance & Quality
Frontend performance optimization (lazy loading, code splitting)
Cross-browser compatibility
Basic knowledge of web accessibility (WCAG)
Writing clean, maintainable, and reusable code
Tools & Workflow
Git (GitHub / GitLab / Bitbucket)
Experience working with CI/CD pipelines
Familiarity with Agile / Scrum environments
Ability to collaborate with backend, UX, and product teams
