Flutter Backend & Web Admin

Our live Flutter app needs a tidy-up behind the scenes and a small expansion. The current backend (Firebase with Cloud Functions) is stable overall, yet a recent feature rollout surfaced several issues and showed the need for an internal control panel.

First, I’d like the existing backend code reviewed, refactored where sensible, and any defects removed. The most visible problem relates to the new feature: triggering it occasionally crashes the client and the data it writes is sometimes malformed. You’ll trace those faults in the functions, database rules, and API layer, patch them, and push thoroughly commented commits so future maintenance is easy.

Once stability is restored, the next milestone is a lightweight web-based admin interface. It should run in any modern browser and sit comfortably alongside our current Firebase project (e.g. using Flutter Web or a small React/Vue dashboard—whichever you prefer). At minimum the panel must let me enable/disable the new feature for specific users, seed test data, and view simple logs; feel free to propose smarter ideas such as real-time status tiles or role-based access if they add minimal overhead.

I handle deployment but would appreciate a short README covering build commands and environment variables so I can reproduce the setup locally. Test coverage for the patched functions is a bonus.
