Finalize Node.js App Backend

Our React Native mobile app is virtually complete; the only thing holding us back from launch is a short list of server-side touch-ups. The backend is written in Node.js, so I need someone comfortable diving straight into an existing codebase, spotting what’s unfinished, and pushing the last updates to production.

Here’s what you can expect once you’re inside the repo: a mostly functional set of endpoints, clear ticket notes on what still needs polishing, and direct Slack access to our front-end dev so you can verify that the app and server remain in perfect sync. You may need to tighten an API response here, optimise a query there, or wire an extra field into an existing controller—nothing ground-up, just finishing touches done the right way.

Quality matters to me: concise, well-commented commits, no silent errors, and quick, honest communication whenever something isn’t clear. If everything clicks, I’m keen to keep working together on future iterations, but for now the deliverable is simple—merge-ready code that lets us publish with confidence. Let’s get this wrapped up.
