Expiry Logic & Dynamic QR Codes
Budget: £10 – £20 GBP
I already run my loyalty programme on Favecard and it works well, but I now need two specific upgrades.
First, every new card must automatically expire exactly 10 weeks after it is issued. I do not need the team to key this in each time—the 10-week window should be a predefined system rule that stamps the start date and calculates the end date without further input.
Second, some of my older customers still prefer a paper card, so the system has to generate a fresh, single-use QR code for each physical stamp they receive. In practice I imagine pressing “print” and handing over a ticket whose code is different every time, yet still ties back to the same customer record and respects the same 10-week expiry.
Please keep the existing Favecard flows intact; I only want the expiry logic and dynamic QR module added, tested, and documented well enough that my staff can issue cards the day you deliver.
