Expert Node.js Engineer for Rapid Product Expansion

I’m expanding a product that relies heavily on Node.js at its core, and I need another engineer who can dive straight into a fast-moving codebase, ship improvements quickly, and keep me in the loop at every step.
You’ll spend most of your time in Node.js -- tuning Express APIs, refining async logic, and architecting modules that can scale cleanly as traffic grows. React and Next.js do sit on the client side, so any familiarity you bring there is a bonus, but the back-end is where your impact will be felt first.
The work ranges from polishing existing endpoints to designing entirely new services, always with an eye on scalability. Clear, maintainable TypeScript, thoughtful API versioning, and lightweight documentation are non-negotiable. I iterate fast, so proactive communication in fluent English is essential; a quick Slack update or concise pull-request note goes a long way.
