n8n Expert Needed: Hostex to Google Sheets Sync + Reservation Webhooks + Room Closeout Logic

Project Description:
I need an n8n expert to build an automation that connects Hostex with Google Sheets for my short-term rental business.
The project has 3 main parts:
1. Full reservation backfill
Pull all reservations from Hostex from January 1, 2026 forward and write them into a Google Sheet.
The sheet should include the main reservation details such as:
Reservation ID
Guest name
Property / room
Check-in date
Check-out date
Status
Channel / OTA source
Total amount if available
Number of guests
Created date
Modified date
Any other important reservation fields available from Hostex
2. Ongoing live updates using webhook or equivalent event-based sync
After the backfill is complete, I want the system to automatically update the Google Sheet whenever there is:
A new reservation
A modification / change to an existing reservation
A cancellation
The workflow should update the correct row in Google Sheets instead of creating duplicates whenever possible.
3. Room closeout logic
I also need logic to automatically close out certain rooms based on rules/conditions.
This may involve things like:
Blocking specific rooms under certain conditions
Closing availability for selected units
Triggering closeout logic based on reservation status, dates, occupancy, or manual rules
Possibly writing these rules from a control sheet or config area in Google Sheets
I want someone who can help design the cleanest and most reliable approach here.
