Exclusive Membership Site Setup

I’m building an exclusive-access membership area and I need a developer who can handle everything from the user application workflow to the protected content itself. My goal is for visitors to apply for membership through a short form; once submitted, the admin team reviews and either approves or declines access. Only approved users should ever see the members-only area.

Here’s how I picture the flow working:

• Public landing page with “Apply for Access” button
• Application form that stores submissions in the back-end and notifies admin
• Admin dashboard where I can quickly approve, reject, or request more info
• Automated email sequences for each decision (approval, rejection, pending)
• Once approved, the user receives login credentials and is redirected to the gated content area

You’re free to recommend the best stack—whether that’s WordPress with MemberPress, a Laravel solution, or a headless setup tied to Stripe—so long as the exclusive content stays locked down and the application process feels seamless on both desktop and mobile.

Acceptance criteria:
• Only approved users can reach any protected URL without workarounds
• Application data must be stored securely and exportable as CSV
• Admin actions (approve/reject) take no more than two clicks from the dashboard
• Emails are fully branded and send reliably
• Clear documentation so I can manage members without touching code
