Excel-Python API Automation Script

I need to turn a daily Excel chore into a hands-off process. The goal is a lightweight Python script that hits my chosen API, parses the JSON, and pushes the relevant fields into a neatly formatted workbook. Once everything is wired up, I should be able to refresh the sheet with one click or a simple command—no manual copy-pasting.
