Email Field & Logo Refresh

I need a small but important tweak to my Node.js-based web app. First, an additional input field must be wired up so users can submit their email addresses and have the data posted correctly to the existing Node backend. The API endpoints are already in place; your job is to hook the front-end control to them, validate the address client-side, and confirm that a test email reaches our service without errors.

While you are in the code, please swap the current logo for the new one I’ve provided. This is purely a layout modification—no colour-scheme or typography changes—so it should be a straight image replacement ensuring the new asset is sharp on both desktop and mobile breakpoints.

Deliverables:
• Fully functioning email input field integrated with the live Node.js endpoint, including basic validation and success/error messaging.
• New logo implemented across all responsive views with no layout regressions.
• A short note or commit message summarising the changes so I can track them in Git.
