ERPNext Inventory Module Integration & Customization

We are looking for an experienced ERPNext developer/team to help us migrate our existing inventory management system into ERPNext. The project involves customization, data migration, testing, deployment, and training.

Key Requirements:

1. Strong experience in ERPNext/Frappe framework
2. Knowledge of production hosting & deployment (Linux server setup, backups, scaling, monitoring, security hardening)

3. Ability to work with GitHub (version control, branches, pull requests, CI/CD pipelines)
4. Database: MariaDB
5. Language: Python (for process logic and scripting)

Modules needed:

a) Inventory Management (receipts, issues, returns, FIFO logic, stock transfers, expiry tracking)

b) Project & BOM Management (project setup, subsystems, BOM uploads, approvals)

c) Master Data Management (components, vendors, quality levels)

d) Requests & Approvals workflow

e) Reports & dashboards (inventory, consumption, project-wise, MIS/KPI)

f) Migration of existing data from current system

Deliverables:

1. Fully customized ERPNext system with source code (maintained on GitHub)

2. Guidance on production deployment & hosting best practices (cloud or on-prem)

3. Documentation + training materials
