# Project Title

Luxury Web Platform with Live Data Extraction + Request Flow + Dynamic Pricing System

---

# Project Description

I’m looking for an experienced developer to build a *high-end web platform* with real external data extraction, a request-based flow, and a dynamic pricing system.

Please read all requirements carefully before applying. I’m only interested in developers who can deliver a complete Phase 1 (MVP) with real functionality — not demo-only solutions.

---

# Core Requirements

## 1) UI / Frontend

* Luxury, premium design (dark theme preferred)
* Fully responsive (desktop + mobile)
* Smooth animations
* Clean, modern UI (NO templates)

### Required Pages:

* Landing page (with search form)
* Search results page
* Listing details page
* Request submission page
* Thank you page
* Payment success / failure pages
* About / Contact

---

## 2) Search & Results System

* Inputs:

* origin
* destination
* date
* passengers
* Dynamic results display
* Grid/list layout
* Filtering (type, capacity, range, price)

---

## 3) External Data Extraction (CRITICAL)

The system must pull real data from external sources, even if:

* No API is available
* No official integration exists

### Required:

* Extract:

* listings
* images
* specs
* pricing (if available)
* Store data locally in the database
* Automatic scheduled updates (background jobs)
* Fully white-labeled (no source exposure)
* No redirects to external websites

---

## 4) Data System

* Scheduled background jobs
* Caching system (TTL-based)
* Normalized data structure
* Ability to support multiple data sources

---

## 5) Dynamic Pricing System

* Add markup per listing
* Markup can be:

* percentage
* fixed amount
* Editable from admin panel
* Adjustable per item
* Final displayed price = source price + markup
* User sees only final price

---

## 6) Request-Based Flow

* User selects listing
* Submits request (no direct payment)

### Status system:

* new_inquiry
* pending_confirmation
* confirmed_waiting_payment
* payment_link_sent
* paid
* processing
* completed
* cancelled

---

## 7) Admin Panel

Must include:

* Dashboard
* Request management
* Status updates
* Payment link creation
* Pricing control (markup per listing)
* Data monitoring

---

## Payment System

* Integration with Stripe (or similar)
* Payment is manually triggered (admin sends link)
* No automatic checkout
* Webhook updates after payment
* Must support test mode

---

## 9) Backend & Architecture

* Scalable modular structure
* Data extraction layer
* Background jobs system
* API layer
* Error handling & logging

---

## 10) Database

Must store:

* Extracted listings
* Images & specs
* Requests
* Payment data
* Pricing (per-item markup)
* Status history
* Timestamps

---

## 11) Deployment

Preferred:

* Vercel (or similar)
* Managed PostgreSQL
* GitHub repository (must be owned by me)
* Easy deployment & updates

---

# Important Notes

* No demo-only solutions

* No manual-only catalog systems

* No redirects to external platforms

* No affiliate-based approach

* Must include real data extraction

* Must support dynamic pricing

* Must be production-ready

---

# Pricing Policy (Strict)

* The price you submit in your proposal will be considered the *final fixed price for Phase 1 (MVP)*
* Do NOT submit placeholder or “starting” prices

You must assume that:

* The submitted price = what you will be paid for Phase 1
* No hidden costs
* No price changes later

I will immediately reject:

* Low placeholder bids followed by price increases
* Vague pricing structures
* “We will discuss later” responses

---

# Requirement Before Hiring

Before starting, you must confirm:

* Full Phase 1 scope
* Final fixed price
* Clear deliverables

No work will begin without full agreement on scope and price.

---

# To Apply (Required)

Please include answers to the following:

1. How would you handle data extraction if no API is available?
2. What architecture would you use to support multiple data sources?
3. How would you keep data updated efficiently?
4. How would you implement per-item dynamic pricing?

Copy-paste proposals will not be considered
