Formally contracted by PT Akademi Mantap Jiwa (Mantappu Academy) – a leading educational platform in Indonesia founded by Jerome Polin – to develop and maintain a critical Discord bot system during their national exam preparation program (SNBT). This project was governed by a full legal agreement, including an NDA and a Service Provision Contract.
Scope of Work & Achievements:
Custom Bot Development: Engineered an automated role assignment system that verifies users via unique email tokens, ensuring only registered students access private channels. This eliminated manual admin workload and strengthened server security during high-traffic periods.
Long-Term Maintenance (3+ months): Provided dedicated technical support and troubleshooting from Jan to Apr 2026 under a defined service level agreement (SLA). Ensured zero critical downtime during the high-stakes exam season, handling urgent issues outside standard working hours when required.
