Digital Receivables Registry Platform Development
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD
I need a secure, browser-based application that acts as a Digital Receivables Registry. The system must let me register every party involved in a receivables transaction, capture the financing request, keep the invoice status up to date, and then follow the life-cycle of each receivable until it is fully paid.
Core modules I have in mind:
• Recording receivables in a searchable ledger, indexed by buyer, seller, and invoice reference.
• Generating on-demand and scheduled reports (ageing, outstanding balance, exposure by counter-party, etc.).
• Maintaining master data for buyers, sellers, and financial intermediaries with role-based access.
• Logging every financing request against an invoice and updating that invoice’s status as the request is processed or paid down.
Clean dashboards, audit trails, user authentication. A responsive front-end is preferred, as many users will access the platform from tablets while on the move.
Hand-over will be considered complete once the above functions are live on a staging server, tested, and documented well enough for our internal team to maintain.
