Developer Needed for a User-Matching & Points-Based Platform (Details After NDA)

I’m looking for a skilled developer to create a system that allows users to match with each other based on shared criteria and complete simple exchanges using a points-based mechanism.

The platform can be built as:

A Telegram bot, or

A website, or

A mobile app

(Whichever is most efficient and affordable — I’m open to suggestions.)

Important:
The core concept of the project will be shared privately after signing a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).

What I can share publicly:

The system involves user registration and login

Users will complete exchanges between each other

The platform must include notifications and a points/reward system

Automated matching between users is needed
