Develop NGO Finance & Accounting System with Multi-Level Approvals (Laravel + PWA)

Project Overview

We are a registered nonprofit organization (Community Development & Awareness Inc. – CDA) seeking an experienced Laravel developer (or small team) to build a custom online finance and accounting system with project-based access, multi-level approvals, secure document handling, partner visibility, and full audit trails.

This is not an off-the-shelf accounting tool. It is a custom workflow system designed for NGO / donor-funded projects.

A complete developer-ready PDF specification and workflow diagrams are already prepared and will be shared after shortlisting.
