Develop Automated WhatsApp Service System

Build a Fully Automated WhatsApp Service System.
I’m looking for an experienced WhatsApp automation developer (preferably familiar with Meta Cloud API, Make/Zapier, Airtable, and AI automation) to build a complete WhatsApp-based service.
The goal is to design a fully automated workflow, all managed through WhatsApp messages and integrated with Airtable as the operational backend.

Ideal Candidate Skills:
- Proven experience with WhatsApp Business Cloud API
- Make (Integromat) or Zapier automation mastery
- Airtable database design and scripting
- Familiarity with Meta Developer Console / webhook setups
- Experience building multi-language chat automation
- Familiarity with Retool and AI (OpenAI / Vision APIs)
- Able to document workflows and deploy production-ready automation

Deliverables:
- Fully functional WhatsApp automation flow (customer → provider → feedback)
- Airtable base with linked records and formulas
- Tested webhook setup & documentation
- At least 5 approved message templates (EN & AR)
- Retool agent dashboard for manual supervision
- AI triage module for image/text classification
