Develop Address Update System MVP

Job ID: 40109144

Budget: $750 – $1,500 AUD

MoveOnce – MVP Build Brief

Project: MVP for a universal, identity-verified address update system for Australia.

Goal:
A user completes one verified address update and the system demonstrates propagation to one real or mock partner endpoint, with a dashboard showing delivery status and an audit log.

Scope (MVP only – must deliver fast)
1. User onboarding
• User creates account / logs in
• Identity verification step integrated (IDV provider can be chosen by dev)
• Trust signals and clear UX
2. Address update form
• Clean UI form
• Basic address validation
• Submit button triggers propagation
3. Database
• Store user details, verification status, address, and propagation logs
• Dev can choose DB (must support API/webhooks)
4. Propagation demo
• Address update is sent to 1 endpoint (bank, telco, utility, insurer, etc)
• Endpoint can be:
• Real sandbox API or
• Mock webhook target (dev can decide what’s fastest)
• Payload should include:
• Verified user ID reference
• New address
• Timestamp
• Status tracking ID
5. Dashboard
• Show stages:
• Submitted
• Sent to partner
• Delivered / Confirmed (or mock confirmed)
• Display an audit log table showing propagation attempt + response
• Look “enterprise credible” in UI even if MVP is lightweight
6. Landing page UI
• Modern, clean, punchy, startup-style landing page
• Sections:
• Problem statement
• How it works (3 steps visual)
• Security + compliance credibility block
• Pilot roadmap mention
• CTA to connect/book call

Tech choices the developer can pick (whatever is fastest)
• Bubble.io (recommended), OR
• Webflow + Supabase, OR
• Webflow + lightweight backend (Node/Python)

Must include
• Identity verification integration
• Address form + validation
• DB tables for:
• users
• verification logs
• addresses
• propagation logs
• 1 partner propagation demo
• Dashboard status + audit log
• Mobile responsive UI
• Secure handling of personal data
• Fast turnaround

Nice to have (optional for MVP)
• FinTech or RegTech exposure
• Experience with large-scale identity or compliance systems
• UI/motion design polish

Timeframe
• MVP must be delivered as fast as possible
• Preferably within days, not weeks

Budget range (AUD)
• $800 - $1200 depending on stack chosen
• MVP should land on the lower end due to single-flow demo

Success outcome
• A working prototype showing:
• Identity verified
• Address submitted
• Address propagated to 1 endpoint
• Status displayed on dashboard
• Audit log recorded

Tone for UI copy

Make it sound like:

Every Aussie’s updated their address on MyGov or paid for mail redirection after moving house, thinking “beauty, that’ll sort everything.”
Nope. One move turns into a dozen manual updates, hours on hold, and avoidable compliance and delivery fallout.
It’s 2026 — this should be one update that actually flows everywhere it needs to — not a checklist you redo 12 times.

Final note

Developer should make decisions that prioritise speed and clarity over complexity.
