Custom WhatsApp API & ArduPilot Development

I need a developer to create a custom WhatsApp API with the capability to send and receive messages. The preferred programming language for this development is Python. Additionally, I require enhancements to the open-source ArduPilot software, focusing on autonomous navigation and flight data logging. Although not selected, future support for group management and media sharing in the WhatsApp API, as well as sensor integration in ArduPilot, should be considered for scalability and flexibility.
