Custom Uber Clone Taxi Dispatch System

Job ID: 40032380

Budget: $250 – $750 CAD

I need a complete, white-label taxi dispatching suite that mirrors Uber’s flow yet follows my company’s specific operating rules. The build must cover four fronts at launch: native passenger and driver apps for iOS and Android, a responsive web booking portal, and a browser-based admin panel for day-to-day operations.

Core capabilities I expect from the first production release include real-time GPS tracking on every ride, secure in-app payments (card wallets, Apple Pay, Google Pay), a solid driver onboarding and fleet-management area, tiered subscription plans, corporate account billing, and an optional ride-bidding module that can be toggled on or off per market.

Architecture should be modular, API-driven, and ready for future feature branches; clean code and clear documentation are non-negotiable because I plan to scale this platform region by region and rely on the same team for the long run.

Deliverables per milestone
• iOS rider app, iOS driver app
• Android rider app, Android driver app
• Web booking interface for passengers
• Web-based admin dashboard with analytics, driver/ride controls, billing and support tools
• Backend services with real-time sockets, payment gateways, and role-based access
• Source code, API documentation, basic deployment scripts, and a short hand-off call for each release

Acceptance will be based on end-to-end ride testing (request → dispatch → payment → receipt) across all user roles, 99 % uptime on simulated load for the socket layer, and a successful submission of both mobile apps to their respective stores under my accounts.

If you already have experience shipping similar large-scale, map-centric applications and can commit to ongoing feature iterations, this project should feel right at home.
