Custom Multi-User API Web App

This project is an internal web application that will sit behind our firewall and serve several business units at once. I need a seasoned developer who can take it from database schema through deployment and hand-over documentation.

Core functionality
• Role-based access: at minimum Admin and Operator, with the ability to add more roles later
• Multi-company tenancy so records stay completely isolated by company
• Clean form screens that feed a well-structured relational database
• One-click PDF and XML output from any stored record
• Real-time dashboards for key KPIs and ad-hoc reports
• Solid API layer that connects to payment gateways, CRM systems and our Facturación (electronic invoicing) provider

Deliverables
1. Source code in a Git repo with clear commit history
2. Normalised database design and migration scripts
3. Fully functional API integrations, tested with sandbox and live credentials
4. Responsive dashboard UI with charts/tables driven by the stored data
5. Basic user manual and setup guide

Acceptance criteria
• All core features accessible only after login and correctly restricted by role
• Data entered for one company is never visible to another
• Successful creation of PDF/XML documents that match the sample templates I will provide
• External calls to the three target services return expected responses and are logged for audit
• Page-level load times under two seconds on a modest VPS
