I am looking for an experienced developer to create a custom inquiry management system that can fetch data from external B2B platforms via their APIs and integrate with Google Sheets. The system should support business messaging through official APIs, allow dynamic attachment handling, and have a dashboard for non-technical management.

Fetch inquiries from external platform APIs (details will be provided after hire).
Store details (inquiry text, name, contact, city, etc.) in Google Sheets at scheduled intervals.
Enable sending messages through official business messaging APIs with:
Dynamic templates
PDF/JPG attachments

Dashboard to:
Update message templates
Manage attachments (PDF/JPG)
Control fetch intervals
Filter inquiries by date, city, and status

Multi-language message support (English, Hindi, regional).
