Custom CRM-Dotdigital Sync Automation

I need an API specialist to link our bespoke CRM Frontend: VUE3 ( Tailwind + pinia + primevue)
Backend: python Django, Celery, MySQL, with Dotdigital so data flows seamlessly and selected campaigns fire automatically. The core goals are two-way data sync and automated email journeys; real-time reporting can follow once the foundation is solid.

Here’s what must travel between the two platforms on every sync: customer details, sales records, marketing preferences, and our custom “status” field for both customers and contacts. Accuracy and field-level error handling are vital, so please build in rigorous validation and logging.

On the marketing side, the integration has to trigger Dotdigital’s welcome series for new customers the moment a record appears and launch a dormant-data re-engagement sequence when a contact lapses into inactivity. Your solution should leave us free to add further campaigns later without fresh development.

I expect you to design, code, and test the endpoints, map every field, manage authentication securely, and document the process clearly. Proven experience with Dotdigital’s REST API and past mailer system integrations will make this project run smoothly.
