Custom API-Integrated Warranty Portal

I'm looking for a developer to create a custom warranty portal that will enable equipment registration, claim submission, and manufacturer approvals. The portal needs to integrate via API with Salesforce and also have the ability to integrate with our vendor ERP programs (Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Infor) or provide them a manual avenue for interacting with claims.
