Credit Recovery CRM Build-Out
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I manage a credit-recovery calling team and I’m ready to replace our patchwork of spreadsheets and inbox folders with a single, purpose-built CRM. The platform must make it effortless for my agents to capture and track every lead, stay on top of ongoing customer conversations, and give me clear reporting on daily performance and long-term recovery rates.
Core capabilities
• Lead management: import lists, create custom pipelines, tag and score prospects, and assign them automatically to agents.
• Customer communication: log every call, email, and WhatsApp touchpoint, trigger follow-ups, and surface previous interactions at a glance.
• Reporting and analytics: real-time dashboards tracking promises-to-pay, collections per agent, call outcomes, and aging buckets, exportable to CSV/PDF.
Integrations
The CRM has to connect smoothly with:
– Email platforms (Gmail/Outlook or via IMAP/SMTP) for automated threads and template sending.
– Telephony systems so calls are dialed, recorded, and time-stamped without agents leaving the CRM.
– WhatsApp (official API or Twilio-powered) for message logging and templated reminders.
Workflow preferences
• Cloud-hosted (SaaS or self-hosted) with role-based permissions.
• Clean, responsive UI—agents work on both desktop and 13-inch laptops.
• Open API or webhook support so we can bolt on future services like payment gateways.
Acceptance criteria
1. A live, fully configured environment where my team can log in and start using all three core modules.
2. Demonstrated two-way sync with one email inbox, our dialer, and a WhatsApp number.
3. Custom dashboard showing at least five KPIs we define together.
4. Admin guide and brief hand-off call to walk me through user management and basic configuration.
If a proven white-label solution or a quick-start framework gets us there faster, I’m open to it—as long as it meets the points above and can scale to 25 concurrent users.
