Comprehensive School Management Mobile App -- 2
Budget: ₹49,000 – ₹99,000 INR
I’m building a single mobile solution—native on both iOS and Android—that lets our entire school community operate from one place. The core of the app is a QR-code attendance flow that works through the phone’s camera: teachers mark classroom presence, transport staff confirm pick-ups and drop-offs, and parents log home arrival, all from their respective log-ins.
User roles must be granular. Students, Teachers, Parents, Bus Drivers, School Admins, and a Super Admin each need their own dashboard with the right permissions baked in from day one.
Below are the functional modules I want delivered:
• Student Identity Card generator (custom sizes, ready to print)
• QR Code Attendance, fully synced to the cloud
• Student, Admission, Examination & Fee management
• School Diary, Note Pad, Push Notifications, plus automated birthday/anniversary messages
• Library management, Staff salary processing, Intelligence reports
• IQ Meter, Emotional Health tracker, Mentoring module
• Activities Calendar, School Achievements showcase, Notice board, Government web links
The finished product should ship to the App Store and Google Play, include a secure backend/API, and come with clear deployment documentation so my team can maintain it after hand-over.
