I need a full-featured hotel reservation system that lets guests see live room availability, book online in real time, and receive automatic confirmation emails right after payment clears. The application must talk seamlessly to our existing hotel management software for inventory and rate sync, connect to a secure payment gateway for card processing, and push guest data straight into our CRM so marketing and loyalty workflows stay intact.

Technology is flexible as long as the final product is web-based, mobile-responsive, and easy for front-desk staff to manage without developer help. A clean admin dashboard, multi-language support, and clear documentation will be essential for hand-off.
