Comprehensive CRM API Integration

My organisation runs a custom-built CRM that now needs to sit at the centre of everything we do. I need an expert who can design and implement a robust API layer that will:

• Keep data perfectly in sync, in real time, between the CRM and our ERP, marketing automation stack, customer-support platform, and any future systems we add.
• Trigger and manage cross-platform workflows so actions in one tool automatically cascade to the others.
• Feed clean, consolidated data into our reporting engine to give us up-to-the-minute dashboards and audit trails.

You will own the full integration cycle—from mapping data models and crafting secure REST/GraphQL endpoints, through authentication (OAuth2/JWT), error handling, logging, and versioning, all the way to automated tests and deployment documentation. A Postman (or similar) collection, clear README, and a short hand-over session form part of the final deliverable.

Proven experience integrating “other” or bespoke CRMs with ERP, marketing, and support systems is essential; please reference comparable projects and outline the toolset you prefer (Node, Python, Java, middleware like Mulesoft or Zapier, etc.).
