Complete C8 Backend API Integration

I have already designed and built most of C’8 – Coordinate, an open-source aid-coordination platform you can preview here: https://www.c8coordinate.com. The interface is in place; where I need help is on the backend. Your main task will be to implement and refine our internal APIs so the existing frontend can finally talk to the server smoothly.

You will be shaping the data flow between the client app and the database layer: creating clean, well-documented endpoints, handling authentication hooks already stub-built, ensuring robust validation, and returning responses the UI expects. I am using a Git-based workflow and will grant access to the repo plus a small set of Postman collections that describe the calls I need.

Key deliverables
• Fully working internal API endpoints that mirror the current Postman specs
• Brief inline documentation and a short README so future contributors can extend the service
• A set of unit tests proving each endpoint’s happy path and major edge cases
• Deployment instructions that let me spin the service up in a fresh environment with a single command
